Dear Pastor Ted Wilson, Honorable President of the General Conference of Seventh Day Adventist Church

It has been quite awhile now, that I have been inspirationally enticed to contact you, but until this moment, I have been hesitant to do so. I would imagine that you are an extremely busy man, with the involvement of your duties and affairs of the General Conference. However, I am requesting your clarification of one of the many issues of which I find interest and clarifications, This one, is of a scriptural subject, concerning the Seven (7) Yearly Sabbaths, which our forefathers have written about, and regarded. I have been under the impression that they are as follows: (1) Passover, (2) Festival of the Unleavened Bread (which begins after Passover), (3) Festival of First Fruits, (4) Festival of Pentecost (which occurs, 5 days after Passover), (5) Festival of Trumpets, (6) Day of Atonement, and (7) Festival of Tabernacles.

I was born in the country of Haiti, and brought up on the Seventh Day Adventist religious teachings, a discipline which I continue to uphold. My concern, however, relates to the understanding of God's  luni-solar calendar, as it mentioned in the books of Leviticus chapter 23, Genesis chapter 1:14-19. And, in accordance with Isaiah 66:22-23, as well as, Zachariah chapter 14:16-21, Acts chapter 20:16, Luke chapter 22, will continue until the end of time.

I am aware that our Seventh Day Adventist Church/Organization is not in keeping with the celebration of the Seven Yearly Sabbaths, and I humbly request that you elaborate on this matter as it concerns to the Scriptural teachings of such adherence, as it a concern of mine, and many who may not care to, or would take the time to write to you regarding their issues with the omission of these Feast Days. These practices, as I originally regarded, as central to the upkeep of our Judeo-Christian religious heritage.

I would like to thank you in advance for your kind consideration in the clarification of this matter. Therefore, I look forward to your critique in response to this subject.

P.S. Therefore, enclosed, I am sending you a copy of a magazine regarding the above subjects and I am patiently awaiting your response regarding both the magazine as well as this letter.

Respectfully yours,
